Our Sonoma Mountain Rosé opens with bright characters of citrus blossom, raspberry, & rose water. The palate offers delicate notes of heirloom apple and lemon, with a creamy fullness that is unique to this vintage. This rosé is light in color and low in alcohol and draws parallels with the famous rosés of Provence.  Chill well and drink now!

VINEYARDS: 96% Dinner Ranch Pinot Gris, 4% Thornton Pinot Noir

HARVEST DATE & BRIX: August 29th, 2023 at 20.5 degrees brix

FERMENTATION: Whole-cluster pressed and settled overnight. Fermented in stainless steel tank.
