Harvested from the historic Rossi Ranch in the heart of Sonoma Valley, this Rhone style blend offers fresh violet, blueberry, and strawberry rhubarb. The palate shows fine elegant tannin, balanced acidity, and bramble fruit. Farmed organically by one of the most legendary grape growers in California, Rossi Ranch is a fine and fitting addition to our world class vineyards.

FERMENTATION:
- Whole-berry fermentation in open top stainless steel fermenters followed by wet cap immersion.

AGING/COOPERAGE:
- 10 months in 40% new French oak barrels
