2019 Stewart Reserve Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Hand-selected by our Winemaker from our most preferred barrels, our long awaited Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon kicks off with aromatics of bright, red currant, black cherry, and sandalwood. The palate offers even more bright, concentrated fruit of cranberry with an element of cola that finishes with a touch of rich mocha. Fine, integrated tannins and fresh acidity suggest fantastic age-ability in a wine that also drinks wonderfully upon release. (We suggest decanting if drinking now)

VINEYARDS:
- 80% Hannah Vineyard & 20% Juliana Vineyard

FERMENTATION:
- Whole-berry fermentation in stainless steel fermenters followed by wet cap immersion, totaling 30 days of extended maceration

AGING/COOPERAGE:
- 22 months in 70% new French oak barrels
