Full and complex, this Cabernet based blend features characters of strawberry rhubarb, ripe black cherry and soft vanilla on the nose. Flavors of bright raspberry and blackberry jam are present on the palate, easing into the spice and toast of the French oak. The wine’s subtle oak and seamless structure are integrated with precision, making this red blend a beautiful wine to drink now or to cellar over the next fifteen years.

VARIETALS: 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 11% Malbec, 9% Petit Verdot

VINEYARDS: 80% Juliana Vineyard, 15% Homestead, & 5% Gargiulo

FERMENTATION: Whole-berry fermentation in stainless steel fermenters followed by wet cap immersion, totaling 25 days of extended maceration
